The work
Pool safety fence installation is a strongly seasonal business: demand concentrates in the months before summer and drops sharply for the rest of the year. The challenge was sustaining a viable flow of inquiries and closed sales during low-activity periods, without relying entirely on the seasonal peak.
We restructured paid campaigns to distribute budget more efficiently across the year, adjusting messaging and targeting to each stage of the cycle. In parallel, we supported the geographic expansion into three countries, adapting the accounts to each market. The outcome was a 30% improvement in sales close rate during the low season and simultaneous activation across three new markets.
