Who is responsible

The data controller is Zenda, a paid media and martech agency based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. You can reach us about any privacy matter at hola@zenda.com.ar.

What we collect

This site collects personal data in two situations, and no others.

• Contact form: your name, company (optional), email and the message you write. You send it voluntarily, when you want us to get back to you.
• Usage data: site metrics (pages viewed, referral source, device type) collected by Google Analytics 4 and Google advertising tags, loaded through Google Tag Manager after your first interaction with the page.
• Technical logs: our hosting and CDN providers record IP address, user agent and the time of each request, for security and service availability.

What we use it for

Contact form data is used only to reply to you and to assess whether we can help with what you raised. We do not use it for bulk commercial mailings and we do not add it to third-party lists.

Usage data is used in aggregate to understand which content is useful, measure site and campaign performance, and decide what to improve.

Legal basis

We process contact form data on the basis of your consent when you submit it and our legitimate interest in answering a commercial enquiry. Analytics and advertising data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in measuring and improving the site; you can block it at any time through your browser’s cookie settings or a blocking extension.

Who it is shared with

We do not sell personal data and we do not hand it to third parties for their own commercial purposes. Data passes through the providers that make the site and our operation work:

• Google (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads), for analytics and campaign measurement.
• Our infrastructure providers (hosting and CDN), which process requests and their technical logs.
• Our email provider, which carries contact form messages to the team’s inboxes.

Cookies

The site sets no first-party cookies for advertising or tracking. Any cookies you may see are set by Google when Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and the Google Ads tags load, and they exist to distinguish sessions and measure campaigns. You can delete or block them from your browser and the site keeps working.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form messages for as long as the commercial conversation lasts, plus whatever period our legal and accounting obligations require. Analytics data is kept according to the retention windows configured in Google Analytics. If you ask us to delete your data, we do, unless a legal obligation requires us to retain it.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access the personal data we hold about you, to rectify, update or delete it, and to object to its processing. Write to hola@zenda.com.ar and we will respond within the deadlines set by the applicable law.

In Argentina, Law 25.326 on the Protection of Personal Data grants these rights, and the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP) is the supervisory authority you can complain to. If you write to us from the European Union or the United Kingdom, we also honour the GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection.

International transfers

Our analytics, hosting and email providers run servers outside Argentina, so the data described above may be processed in other countries. We choose providers that offer contractual guarantees of protection equivalent to those required by the applicable law.

Children

This site is aimed at people evaluating professional marketing services. It is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we update the date in the header. Changes take effect when they are published on this page.
