DepiLife is the leading laser hair-removal chain in Argentina, with operations extended to Uruguay, Paraguay, and Peru. We managed their online sales campaigns and brand presence across digital channels throughout a significant commercial transformation.
The work
DepiLife operated primarily through in-clinic bookings and wanted to shift a meaningful share of its sales volume to the digital channel. We supported that transition with direct-response performance campaigns and brand campaigns that maintained the chain's authority across each market. The outcome was a sustained flow of more than 150 sales per day generated through digital.
Alongside consolidating the model in Argentina, we coordinated the digital launch in three new markets: Uruguay, Paraguay, and Peru. Each launch required a distinct market-entry strategy, localized creative adaptation, and management of local ad accounts, with centralized reporting and optimization.
