Lemon: +100x initial active user base
We worked with Lemon from the initial setup of their App campaigns through the first sustained growth of their user base. Their in-house team now runs day-to-day operations and we continue as an always-on performance consultancy.
The work
We came in at launch: we defined the measurement architecture, configured over 20 in-app conversions, and structured the first user-acquisition App campaigns. The outcome was an initial active user base that grew more than 100 times from the starting point, with KPIs and key business reports operational from day one.
Once Lemon's in-house team took over operations, we moved to an always-on consulting model. We review strategy, flag platform changes, and support performance decisions when the context calls for it, without replacing the internal capability we built alongside them.
