The Box: 4% Cost/Sale managing 13 apparel brands

Grupo Ola y Montaña operates The Box, a Peruvian retail chain with more than 25 stores focused on lifestyle and action-sports apparel, representing brands such as Quiksilver, Roxy, DC, Champion, and FOX. We took on full paid-media management across all 13 brands in the portfolio, coordinating more than twelve Cyber editions and holding a 4% Cost/Sale on the highest-investment hardsell events.

The challenge

Managing the digital ecosystem of 13 brands simultaneously requires structure, editorial judgment, and the ability to scale budgets without losing efficiency. The Box needed a team that understood the portfolio as a whole and could operate with precision during peak commercial periods.

    Per-brand planning with portfolio-level oversight

    Each of the 13 brands received its own digital communication plan, with objectives, creatives, and targeting adapted to its identity. At the same time, we consolidated results at group level to surface cross-brand efficiency opportunities and prevent brands from bidding against each other in auction.

    High-volume operations during Cyber events

    We developed an activation protocol for hardsell dates with staged budget planning, real-time monitoring, and segment-level bid adjustment. This allowed us to manage more than twelve Cyber editions while holding Cost/Sale at 4% even as total investment multiplied by five.
